I can't even give them one star because they are consistently TERRIBLE! After a night out on the town, sometimes people want good fries, a good burger..... Not from this place! Don't waste your time or money b/c it's always bad. Not sure the owner even cares about this franchise or else he would be teaching them to cook descent burgers and fries. All fast food in proper New Orleans is terrible, so must be the same franschise owners.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would. I give this 1 rating not as compared to other restaurants but as compared to other Wendy's. The staff is always extremely rude and acts as if you are inconveniencing them by coming to the restaurant. I even try to be as nice as possible to them and they still are rude. The food is put together so lazily it's absurd. It's one thing to not like your job but the people here seem to go out of their way to make the food as terribly as possible. Cold fries, uncooked nuggets, burgers not on the bun. One time they gave my food to the car in front of me, they opened my food realizing it was the wrong order, then gave it to me, with the other customers touching my food. This is just an example how completely unaware the staff is about how to work in food service. I am completely done with not only this Wendy's, but all Wendy's for life. To let this poor of a restaurant to continue to operate under a franchise name is unacceptable. There are so many more examples I could give about how terrible this place is, I'm completely ashamed of myself for giving it so many shots.

I'm not sure why this place has gotten all the one star reviews. It's a Wendy's. it's a fast food place. Your expectations are supposed to be low so you can give them an ok rating. But to be fair, I've never set foot inside. The drive thru is my MO here. A customized soda and a chocolate waffle cone. Sometimes I'll splurge and get a burger with it. Nothing special, so maybe that's why I've yet to have a bad experience. It just meets expectations. They do have free wifi. It's nice to check Facebook during my whole five minute visit.

Deserves no stars. Even though it makes me give them one . They always make you pull to side and wait . Not only do they do that they screw your order up. And are just down right rude. If this wasn't the closest place open late to grab food for me I would never return.

This Wendy's actually deserves some kind of award for being the consistently worst Wendy's I've ever been to. If Dave Thomas were still alive, he would have burned this place to the ground years ago to prevent it from infecting other Wendy's locations with its twisted ginger evil. In fact I would not be surprised if even in death, he is currently trying to work a ghost lighter. I overheard a conversation at the grocery store recently, where one guy said to another guy, "Wendy's is on my shit list." And the other guy actually responded, "I know." This was an actual randomly overheard conversation between two people agreeing on how shitty this Wendy's is. The level of bad they are is actually somewhat awe-inspiring. The food is consistently substandard - be it cold, or old, or dried out, or limp, or off-tasting, it's pretty much guaranteed one of these will describe your order. And the service is always unfriendly. I don't think I've ever driven away from this drive-thru without actually feeling guilty for being such a nuisance to them to have given them money. The only reason I ever go here at all, is because it's a few blocks from my house, and yet every single time, I'm disappointed both in the food and myself, for having given it another chance. It is because of this, I officially describe this Wendy's as an ex-girlfriend. What I need to do is just delete her number from my phone, and never see her again, despite her sexy red hair. And freckles. And pigtails... curse you Wendy! But damn it, we all know I'm going to go here again at some point. And when I do, please don't shit in my food for writing this. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if this has already happened. The service here is seriously just that fecal.
